Refund policy

Refunds, Returns, Cancels on orders.

We want every FineGirl order to arrive flawless 💕 If your item arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry we’ll happily provide a replacement, store credit, or an exchange. In rare cases, we may also make an exception and issue store credit for order cancellations at our discretion. We also gladly accept size exchanges.

Outside of these circumstances, please note that all sales are final 🎀

If an item arrives damaged please return the product back to our shipping address with a tracking number to be inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, a replacement, store credit, or an exchange will automatically be applied. All claims need to be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once an order is shipped you CANNOT change your address or your purchase.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Items must be free of odors, stains, or damage

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Exchanges are accepted for a different size, color, or item of equal or greater value
  • If exchanging for an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid

  • If your requested exchange item is out of stock, store credit will be issued

Sale items (if applicable) 

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please send us an email at support@finegirl.net to retrieve information on where to send the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as well as providing a tracking number for the package. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If in any case a refund is permitted, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
