SEASONAL HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Due to high order volumes during the holiday season, please allow up to 10-15 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred upon the arrival of your parcel. PRE-ORDERS:By purchasing a pre-order item, you are acquiring a made-to-order product currently in the production phase. Pre-ordered items undergo a production period lasting typically between 3 to 8 weeks before being dispatched for shipment.
